Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited. Currency: Gift cards are issued in [Currency – e.g., GBP, USD, EUR] and can only be redeemed in the same currency Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them like cash. We may, at our discretion, replace a lost or stolen card if proof of purchase can be provided, and the original card has not been used. A small administration fee may apply. Activation: Gift cards are activated upon purchase. Proof of Purchase: The gift card or purchase receipt serves as proof of purchase and is required for redemption.
